Paellas
Our giant paellas are a fantastic piece of food theatre. Cooked from scratch in front of your guests, they are up to a metre in diameter. We often cook several simultaneously to cover most tastes in food and any number of guests (minimum giant paella size is 20 portions although smaller ones can be cooked in a kitchen). They are gluten, nut and dairy free – and our vegetarian option is suitable for vegans. Our chefs are happy to talk through ingredients, recipes and techniques as they are prepared. Generally they take around 45 minutes to cook. You may choose to have us serve canapés and pintxos as a starter.
